To duplicate the usb stick image deployment system, do the following:

1. boot PC with linux from HD or CD (f14 live cd works, f9 does not work)
1. make sure the usb file systems are not mounted
1. from root, run 
 {{{
dd if=/dev/sdb of=/dev/sdc
}}}
1. wait a few hours
1. test the newly copied USB by booting the PC with it
